These architectural renderings reflect a wish-list compiled by a membership focus group, Co-Op Market staff, and the board of directors. In a land where the sun shines almost every day of the year, plans include solar energy applications wherever feasible. Walls will utilize earth from the site in a hi-tech version of traditional New Mexico adobe. Plants which thrive in our dry summer heat will provide water-conserving landscaping. It’s our dream store, and we’re hard at work making it our reality. |
