HRT HRT is one of the many circulatory formulas that I
have developed, but this formula is specific for heart function, to tone and
strengthen the heart muscle. The heart muscle is a really needy
organ; if it is not fed properly and doesn’t get its needed nutrients, it has
problems. This formula is good for
many heart-related conditions, ranging from congestive heart problems to
angina. HRT is a wonderful formula
that helps strengthen the heart muscle and tone up its circulation, so that it
can deal with stress much easier.
A man came to the clinic one day, with
an extremely critical nature towards his doctor. After about a twenty minute dissertation, I determined that
his main complaint was that his doctor had said that the pain he had been
experiencing was angina and “…the pain was not life threatening, so quit
whining.” The frustrated patient,
leaving the doctor’s office in pain, decided to seek the advice of an Herbalist
(his family had been trying to get him to see one for several months).
After
our initial interview, I realized that he actually wanted my help. On the surface, his frustration
appeared to be critical. I knew that I could help him, because he would do what I asked him to do.
I
explained to him that I had no magical answers, but the first thing we needed
to change was his diet. I
explained to him that the heart muscle preferred to burn fat instead of
glucose, and that he was feeding his heart glucose. He would have to eliminate refined carbohydrates, sugars,
soda, coffee and caffeine of any kind from his diet. If he used a sweetener, he was to use honey.
In
addition to this, he was to drink three 8 oz. glasses of Tea Honey a day.
Honey will allow the body to pull ketones (fats) into the bloodstream,
and the heart will begin to burn the fats instead of glucose. He asked what the limit of honey was
and I told him he didn’t need to worry about that because his body’s natural
gag reflex would kick in. I
also put him on HRT to help tone and strengthen the heart muscle.
Angina
pain is not life threatening, but is the result of a threatening diet and life
style. There are those that say
they have a family history of heart problems. That’s true, to the extent that you inherited your family’s
diet and lifestyle. If you can
change those two factors, you may be able to avoid being plagued by those
coronary weaknesses.
In
more severe heart conditions, these diet suggestions are also beneficial when
coupled with this herbal formula.
Do not take any herbal formula with any chemical medication: many times,
herbs will negate the time-release factor of the chemicals. Rather, chemicals and herbs should be
taken separately, and a minimum of one hour apart.
Traditional
use of the contents: Hawthorn has
been used to clean the arteries and veins, to normalize blood pressure, and to
tone the heart, along with its nerves and muscles. Rosemary has been used to reduce the effects of stress on the
nervous system and muscles. Capsicum has been used to help heart rhythm and circulation. Kelp contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B12, C and E. Lobelia has been used to relax the muscles and nervous systems.
