Statin
drugs work by preventing the formation of cholesterol, and reducing LDL
cholesterol, which is considered the "bad" cholesterol. There is no
argument that these drugs are effective in lowering cholesterol levels. However,
they do not; treat the cause of the problem.
Understand
why you don’t need them to manage your cholesterol levels, first understand
that there is no such thing as “good” or “bad” cholesterol.
HDL
(high density lipoprotein) and LDL (low density lipoprotein) perform vital
functions in your body, and it is dangerous to bring your LDL levels down too
low.
HDL
and LDL are proteins that transport the cholesterol to and from your body
tissues. Cholesterol is a precursor to hormones. Your body can’t make
testosterone, estrogen, cortisol, DHEA, pregnenolone, or a multitude of other
hormones. Your body cannot make or replace cell membranes without it.
The
only reason LDL should be considered “bad” at all is that LDL can vary in size.
Only the small LDL particles can easily cause inflammation, which can lead to
the buildup of arterial plaque.
The
only way to make sure your LDL is not causing inflammation is through diet.
Reducing your insulin levels can achieve proper particle size.
How to Normalize Your LDL Size Without the
Use of Drugs
- Take Kolonic Kaps
- Take high-quality
omega-3 fatty acids.
- Normalize your insulin
levels by reducing your intake of *sugar and ** processed grains.
- Exercise regularly.
Cholesterol is the main
building block for the production of vitamin D. When the blood brings the
cholesterol to be exposed to ultra violet light, from the sun, in the veins
nearest the skins surface cholesterol becomes Vitamin D.
A lack of D vitamin makes us
susceptible to flu and other illness. In the US each year 1 million people get
the flu and of these half are hospitalized and of those 1,000 die from the flu,
the other 34,000 deaths reported as the flu upon closer examination of records
are pneumonia not flu. Proponents of the flu shot will admit it will not help
pneumonia.
The flu shot is not the
answer even if there were proof that it was effective and there is none.
These shots put in to the body a toxic dose of mercury established by the CDC
(25 mcg for a person weighing under 350 lbs.), also aluminum, and Ethylene glycol
(Antifreeze), and last years Flu virus. What an adverting campaign. If it is
last years Flu, whether you got it or not, you probably have antibody’s to
defeat it unless you’re overwhelmed by all the other toxins in this shot.
To prepare for the flu season
get plenty of good sunshine and boost your immune system with C-Plex and
Fection. If you already have the flu and want help try:
*Stay away from sugar
products. Not foods that have
naturally occurring sugar in them for example candy (Sugar products) Banana
(naturally occurring sugar).
**The more the grain is
processed the worse it is, for example. Cooked brown rice (good), cooked white
(bad).
